Here's the fine print:
- You just can't return anything that's timeworn, damaged, or altered in any way. Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags.
- Refunds are only issued for items purchased on acembly.co. For items purchased outside of acembly.co, please contact the original seller.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once the returned item arrives in our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to process. It normally does not take this long, however in some cases it may. All returns/replacements are processed as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to get my refund?
After inspection, the return is then processed through our system (7-10 business days) and a refund will be issued (2-3 business days processing). You should see the credit on your account (3-5 business days). If your item fails to meet your return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed. Refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
*Please do not return item(s) without a return authorization number. Any item returned without a return authorization number is not an authorized return and may be rejected. Acembly is not responsible for unauthorized returns.
